Rating:  - Viva Pedro - a must have for Almodovar fans!
I'm so happy to have this superb collection including films I haven't seen before. They are all masterpieces from first to very recent. It's interesting to see Antonio Banderas in Law of Desire playing and looking like a 20 year old. I only wish there were some film notes in the boxed set. A great buy and definitely a collector's item.

was offered i did not have any doubt regarding buyin Viva Pedro, The
Almodovar Collection.
After watching 2 Dvs, I can say that these collection is one of the best.

This collection is the best of Almodovar. Anyone who is a fan of his work will truly enjoy this collection. A true must have!!!

This is a great deal and the packaging is really well done. I'm not going to review each film, just say that each is a truly great film and they really did pick the absolute best of Almodovar. There is not a dud in the bunch! What a treat to have Matador and Law of Desire available!
A must have for any Almodovar fan! and much cheaper and easier than trying to collect these films individually.

Easily one of the best collections offered of one of the best contemporary directors. I was happy to see 'Matador' and 'Carne Tremula' (Live Flesh) included. They are two of my favorite movies and were a long time coming to DVD. I would have loved Tie Me Up Tie Me Down included, but I suppose you can't have it all. If you have never seen any of Almodovar's films, it might be wise to make a trip to the rental store before purchasing a comprehensive set like this. Although, I suppose that's a non-issue. 'Talk to Her' and 'All About My Mother' are two excellent additions as well. Almodovar showcases the strong and vulnerable female protagonist with a warmth and humanity difficult to find in other films. Es para verlas una y otra vez, que disfruten.
